CTS Security celebrates 40 years in business with national contract

CTS have recently signed the latest in a 21 site deal with National electrical retailer, Hughes. This move take the company closer to its vision of becoming the region’s most trusted security experts.

CTS is well known locally for installing and maintaining intruder alarms in people’s homes, but for the last 40 years the business has grown steadily in the commercial sector and now supplies a wide range of businesses with cutting edge security systems throughout East Anglia. Technological advancements have made it possible to install reliable wireless systems and High Definition CCTV so clear you can stream direct to a smartphone.

Hughes Electrical chose to work with CTS because they were confident that the combination of fire and intruder alarms through a single supplier would save them time and money, as well as having real trust in the team at CTS.

Tony Marsden at Hughes Electrical said:
“We were looking for someone to provide good quality advice and installation with prompt service, and over all do a good job. I needed to be able to trust someone to get on with the job, as you can’t always do that with some of the other companies out there.”

One of West Norfolk’s most established businesses, CTS has been serving companies and homes from offices at the South Gates roundabout for forty years. Managing Director Roy Fayers credits the company’s staying power to two main factors; trust and technological expertise.

Roy said: “CTS are the local security experts and have been for a long time. We see businesses come and go, but no one comes close to offering the expertise and the service that we can. We continue to develop and retain good staff, which in turn keeps our customers loyal and happy.”
