Teen Challenge London oversees a residential rehabilitation programme at Drayton Hall, Norwich. THE OBJECTIVE / SOLUTION
As an existing client, Teen Challenge London already trusted CTSSecurity Ltd to look after their site’s safety and security needs. Following recent renovations at Drayton Hall, it became clear that additional CCTV coverage was required to fully protect the new areas and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. During our detailed site assessment, we held discussions with the client about their evolving requirements, which included the need for audio capability alongside video coverage. Taking this into account, we designed and upgraded the existing CCTV system, that notonly delivered the extra coverage and audio functionality needed, but also provided enhanced video quality, improved reliability, andeasier system management for staff. The result was a tailored, future-proof system that gives staff greater confidence in monitoring and managing activity across the entire facility.
