New digital phone system aids customer support
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully installed a new state-of-the-art digital telephone system throughout our offices. The new system will help maintain the reliability of our communications and our emergency call out support services.
The new phone system is digital which means that CTS staff have more flexible access to the system, enabling us to continue to provide a first class service.
Another feature of the system is the ability to easily route your calls to the appropriate department.
